Custom Engineered Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers
Process heat exchangers designed to meet the customers specifications in a wide range of materials. These heat exchangers can be fabricated to meet ASME Section VIII, Division 1 as well as TEMA B, C and R requirements. We can also provide direct thermal and dimensional replacements for almost any existing process heat exchangers.
Brazed Plate And Plate & Frame Heat Exchangers
Much smaller and more efficient than traditional shell and tube heat exchangers they can be used for gas, liquid and steam applications. These units utilize a single pass true countercurrent flow which provides much higher heat transfer rates and can be used where temperature crossing exists. Standard units have Type 316SS plates, they are also available in a wide range of materials to meet your process requirements.
Service Shop
Holt Corporation also has a full service repair facility where we can provide everything from hydrostatic testing and cleaning to retubing and rebuilding of your existing heat exchangers. These services can be provided on both a scheduled basis as well as quick turn-around for emergency situations.
