OSCO REPLACEMENTS FOR OMC
V8 MANIFOLDS & RISER
These OSCO Manifolds and Risers are direct replacements for original OMC equipment used on small block Chevy I/O engines from 1979 through 1989. In addition, the riser was also used on some Ford and other center riser Chevy applications as early as 1977. Simply cross reference the original part number with those listed below for proper match. They will accept all original gaskets and fittings.
MANIFOLD Part No. 2441 (starboard). Replaces OMC part #'s 909280, 912441, etc.
MANIFOLD Part No. 2422 (port). Replaces OMC part #'s 909279, 910144, 912442, etc.
RISER Part No. 9863. Replaces OMC part #'s 909218, 982680, 909863, etc.
RISER Part No. 9863-T. Tapped for use with fresh water cooled manifold.
ACCESSORIES
MOUNTING KIT Part No. 244-MK. Fits above manifolds. Includes manifold to head gasket and mounting studs with nuts and lockwashers.
GASKET Part No. CV-GH. Replaces OMC #909314. Fits above manifolds.
HOSE CAP Part No. 2228. 1 1/4" ID hose cap for above manifold.
MOUNTING KIT Part No. 9863-MK. Fits above riser. Includes riser to manifold gasket and mounting bolts.
GASKET Part No. 9863-G. Replaces OMC #909786. Fits above riser.
CLAMP Part No. C20. Clamp for hose cap #2228.
